Nominations and entries for the 2006 Loo of the Year Awards are now closed and results of this year's competition will be announced in early December. Please note that nominations for the 2007 Awards — our twentieth year — will be possible from January 2007. Details will be posted on this website.
Attention now turns to the 2006 Loo of the Year Awards Presentation Ceremonies.
These are scheduled as follows:-
- MONDAY 27TH NOVEMBER - BELFAST CITY HALL 12 noon to 3.00pm. For all entries from Ireland
- WEDNESDAY 29th NOVEMBER - FESTIVAL THEATRE, PITLOCHRY 12 noon to 3.00pm. For all entries from Scotland
- FRIDAY 8th DECEMBER - NATIONAL MOTOR CYCLE MUSEUM, NR BIRMINGHAM
(Junction 6 M42 close to Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station). For all entries from England and Wales as well as the UK NATIONAL AWARDS. Ceremony starts at 11.30 am and continues after Luncheon until 3.30 pm. Tickets for the UK National Awards Ceremony can be purchased by anyone interested in attending @ £50 + VAT. Tables of 12 can be purchased with one free ticket included @ £550 + VAT. Bookings can be made online at the 2006 Loo of the Year Awards website, or via e-mail: information@loo.co.uk A number of 6' x 3' supplier/associated group display stands are available at the UK Awards Ceremony on 8th December @ £300 &043; VAT. NOTE: BBC TV will be recording the Awards Presentation Ceremonies for inclusion in a prime Time BBC One documentary programme about the Loo of the Year Awards
