| The British
Toilet Association is holding its annual
Conference and Exhibition on 16th, 17th and 18th July at the world
famous Millfield School Campus at Street in Somerset.
This year's event promises to be a rather different affair from
previous years, with a lot more delegate participation and networking
opportunity.
"We now have an expanding network of 'away from home' toilet
providers, suppliers and user groups", quotes BTA Director
Richard Chisnell. "This annual get together, in a relaxing,
rural setting, will provide plenty of opportunity to discuss the
partnerships which are already raising standards in many of the
UK's 'away from home' toilets. We are beginning to see the difference".
The Association AGM will be held on the afternoon of Wednesday
16th July (open to all delegates) followed by a Summer Reception
and Barbecue hosted by Association Chairman, Sir William Lawrence,
during which the 2003 BTA Innovation Awards will be presented.
Thursday and Friday morning will include discussions on the twenty
toilet focussed Resolutions to be put before Conference delegates,
together with a number of supplier and information presentations.
There will be ample time allowed to make use of the extensive Millfield
sports facilities and the delegate package includes the option of
a third night, free of charge, for those delegates and partners
wishing to stay over on the Friday (18th) to visit the popular Clarks
Shopping Village nearby, or for local sightseeing.
Early booking is advised for this increasingly popular annual event
and reservations can be made by phone to the BTA - 01962 850277,
email - enquiries@britloos.co.uk or on-line
at this site.
