New loo for Polesworth
It may cost 10p to 'spend a penny' these days but visitors to Polesworth will be delighted they have a new loo in a 'convenient' location.
Situated on Bridge Street car park, the modern, automatic loo has been installed by JC DeCaux, the largest supplier of public conveniences and street furniture in Europe. It is easily accessible for disabled people and replaces the old traditional toilets which were sited on Grendon Road.
Councillor Tilly May, Chair of the Borough Council's Community and Environment Board said:
" I am sure that residents in and visitors to Polesworth will be happy (and relieved!) that their new toilets are fully operational."
