On Wednesday 22nd April BTA held a Workshop in Portcullis House, part of the Houses of Parliament, to formulate a new Campaign following the failure of the Government to accept the recommendations of the Department for Communities and Local Government Committee (refer News Archive).
The Workshop attendees included Dr Phyllis Starkey (Chairman of the DCLG Committee) and representatives from The Bladder and Bowel Foundation, Changing Places Campaign, Help the Aged, National Association for Colitis and Crone’s Disease, The Gut Trust, The UK Parusesis Trust, Visit England, the media and members of BTA Management Committee.
The new campaign will be launched shortly – watch for details on this website.
